Jasprit Jasbirsingh Bumrah, an Indian international cricketer, was born on December 6, 1993, and represents India in all formats of the game. He is a quick bowler who bowls with his right arm. He was picked in India's squad for its 2015–16 series against Australia as a substitute for an injured Mohammed Shami, after a number of relatively good seasons with the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League and with his regional team Gujarat.
